Woods is designed for milling engraving. Its micro-thin coating allows very fine engravings without shadowing.

Product Information:
Woods is a two-layer engraving material for high contrast lettering, signs and technical identification. Key characteristics include a microthin cap layer for fine text and detailed logos.

Application and Processing:
Engraving depth, feed rate and tool selection should be adjusted so that the surface layer is cleanly removed without machining unnecessarily deeply into the substrate. For small lettering and detailed designs, a sharp tool, a flat material surface and consistent machining are particularly important. Before processing larger quantities, we recommend testing the parameters using the actual colour combination and material thickness.
