Cutting Shears for Plastic, Aluminium and Brass

Our cutting shears enable clean and precise cutting of sheet materials. Depending on the version, models are available for plastic or metal processing.

The 2001KD cutting shear is suitable for plastics up to 3 mm thick. For metal processing, the 2001MD is designed for aluminium up to 1 mm and brass up to 0.6 mm. Both models offer a cutting width of 310 mm and an adjustable stop for precise cutting.

Corner Rounders for Professional Signs

A corner rounder allows the corners of signs and panels to be rounded quickly, cleanly and evenly. This is particularly useful when producing nameplates, information signs, front panels and other signage solutions.

Interchangeable tools with different inner and outer radii are available for various requirements. This allows the corner rounder to be flexibly adapted to different formats and design requirements.

Plastic Bending Machines for Thermoplastic Materials

Our plastic bending machines enable controlled heating and bending of thermoplastic materials. They are suitable, for example, for producing display stands, displays, covers, brackets and individually shaped plastic components.

Different working lengths are available depending on the application. The compact Plexiform bending machine offers a heating length of 580 mm. For larger workpieces, the IC100 is available with a heating length of 1,300 mm and continuously adjustable temperature control.
