The VARGA VA 2 is a compact edge milling unit designed for precise bevelling of all types of plastics and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and brass. The chamfer depth can be precisely adjusted up to 4.5 mm (approx. 0.18 in) using a set screw – ensuring consistent and repeatable results for every application. The included hold-down device, made of anodized aluminum, ensures secure workpiece guidance and even material processing, especially for larger workpieces. Material thickness can be finely adjusted via two set screws to maintain constant pressure and clean bevelling. An integrated chip extraction system supports a clean workspace and improves processing efficiency. The enclosed cutting blade enhances operator safety while allowing for precise chamfering operations.Weighing just 5 kg and equipped with a 350 W motor, the VA 2 delivers both stability and performance for professional use.
