LaserFolie is specially developed for laser engraving and laser cutting and comes with a self-adhesive backing, allowing for easy and fast application. With a material thickness of 0.2 mm, it is suitable for use on curved and flexible surfaces.

LaserFolie is a layered engraving material for high contrast lettering, signs and technical identification. Key characteristics include a microthin cap layer for fine text and detailed logos and a flexible construction.

Application and Processing:
Laser power, speed, frequency and focus should be adjusted so that the surface layer is cleanly removed without unnecessarily engraving too deeply into the substrate. For small lettering and detailed designs, consistent focus and a flat material surface are particularly important. Before processing larger quantities, we recommend testing the parameters using the actual colour combination and material thickness. The ultra-thin surface ensures fine, high-contrast engravings without shadowing and enables clean cutting edges, even for intricate contours. Thanks to its flexibility, LaserFolie is perfectly suited for applications on curved surfaces as well as for retroactive labeling. LaserFolie is particularly suitable for marking, labeling, control cabinet identification, and industrial applications where a flexible and precise solution is required.
