Cast Acrylic

Acrylic is a two layer engraving material characterized by high material quality and a uniform structure. The laminated top layer is scratch resistant and weather resistant, providing a durable and high quality surface.

Acrylglas is an engraving material suitable for high quality engraving, cutting and decorative signage. With suitable laser or milling parameters, the material can be processed precisely and allows clean contours and high quality visible edges. Thanks to its durability, acrylic can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Acrylic is an excellent choice for signs, displays, front panels and decorative applications where a premium appearance and long service life are important.

Application and Processing:
For rotary engraving, the engraving depth and tool should be selected so that the top layer is cleanly removed without machining unnecessarily deep into the core. For small lettering and logos, a consistent focus position, sharp tools and a flat material surface are essential. For series production, a parameter test using the actual colour combination and material thickness is recommended. The material is suitable for precise engraving and clean cutting and offers very good edge quality.
