Acrylic Neon

Neon acrylic glass is a weather resistant, transparently coloured acrylic material with an eye catching fluorescent edge effect. The material is particularly suitable for applications where high visual impact is desired, for example indoor signage, POS displays, in store media and decorative applications.

Neon acrylic glass is an acrylic material suitable for engraving, cutting and decorative signage. With suitable processing parameters, the material can be machined precisely and allows clean contours and attractive visible edges. The fluorescent edge effect creates a particularly striking appearance.

Application and Processing:
For visible cut edges, the processing parameters should be adapted to the material, as focus, feed rate and power directly affect the edge quality. Protective films should remain on the surface until shortly before processing and should only be removed where required by the respective process. For illuminated or transparent applications, the engraving position, material thickness and incidence of light should be taken into account during the design stage.
