Continuation of VARGA systems
With effect from 1 January 2025, Innograv GmbH has acquired the sole manufacturing rights for VARGA systems from Mechnik Muntelier AG, which ceased operations completely on 31 December 2024.
As part of this transfer, Innograv GmbH has transferred the exclusive production and distribution rights to the newly founded subsidiary Varga System GmbH.
