For larger workpieces, the Plexiform IC100 bending machine is available with a heating length of 1,300 mm. The temperature can be continuously adjusted to suit different materials and material thicknesses.

The IC100 is suitable for material thicknesses from 0.4 to 6 mm and allows inner radii from 0.2 to 5 mm. The water resistant and scratch resistant surface supports professional use in workshops and production environments.

IC200 with Top and Bottom Heating for Material Thicknesses up to 15 mm

The Plexiform IC200 bending machine also offers a heating length of 1,300 mm and continuously adjustable temperature control. Thanks to top and bottom heating, thicker plastic sheets can also be heated evenly.

The IC200 is designed for material thicknesses from 0.4 to 15 mm and allows inner radii from 0.2 to 10 mm. This makes it particularly suitable for demanding applications and thicker materials.

Bending Jig for Precise Angles from 0 to 180 Degrees

With the matching bending jig, heated plastic sheets can be shaped in a controlled and repeatable manner. The angle can be adjusted from 0 to 180 degrees. The jig has a length of 500 mm and supports the precise production of recurring bent parts.
