Corner Rounder for Plastic, Aluminium and Brass
The Innograv CM40 corner rounder is a robust tool for precisely rounding and punching corners on signs and panels. It is suitable for the professional processing of plastic, aluminium and brass and is ideal for sign making, engraving technology and industrial marking.
CM40 Corner Rounder for Professional Sign Making
With the CM40 corner rounder, clean and consistent radii can be produced on a variety of sheet materials. The machine processes plastics up to 3 mm, aluminium up to 1 mm and brass up to 0.6 mm in material thickness.
Thanks to its robust mechanical construction, the corner rounder is suitable for both individual production and recurring work in workshops and production environments.
Interchangeable Tools for Inner and Outer Radii
A key advantage of the CM40 is its quickly interchangeable punching tools for inner and outer radii. This allows the corner rounder to be used flexibly for different shapes and sign sizes.
For outer radii, tools are available in 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, 9.5 mm and 12.5 mm. Inner radii are available in 3 mm, 5 mm, 6.5 mm, 9.5 mm and 12.5 mm.
Clean Rounded Corners for Signs and Front Panels
Rounded corners not only provide a high quality appearance, but also enable consistent and repeatable processing of signs, nameplates, front panels and other workpieces.
With the appropriate tool, different radii can be created quickly without requiring a separate machine for each shape.
Made in Germany
The Innograv corner rounder and its tooling components are manufactured and assembled in Germany. The solid construction is designed for professional use and long term operation.
