LaserAcryl 1 is a proven engraving material for fine laser engraving and precise vector cutting. The UV-resistant, ultra-thin surface layer enables detailed engravings with clean contours and reduces shadowing.
Product Information:
LaserAcryl 1 is a two-layer engraving material with a particularly thin surface layer. This allows fine lettering, detailed logos and high-contrast markings to be produced with precision. The material is suitable for signs, labelling and technical identification. The material is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is available in numerous colour combinations.
Application and Processing:
Laser power, speed, frequency and focus should be adjusted so that the surface layer is cleanly removed without unnecessarily engraving too deeply into the substrate. For small lettering and detailed designs, consistent focus and a flat material surface are particularly important. Before processing larger quantities, we recommend testing the parameters using the actual colour combination and material thickness.
