Advice on custom plates and strips

Do you need plates or strips cut to size for a customer order but don’t have the time or means to make them yourself?
No problem. We are specialists in custom-made items. Simply order your custom plates and strips in our online shop using a configurator that guides you step by step to the finished item. You start the configurator on the details page for the engraving materials.

A custom plate or strip refers to a rectangular format that can be ordered with an all-round facetted edge, rounded corners, drilled holes or self-adhesive backing. For technical reasons, rounded corners cannot be made with an all-round facet.

Strips are available in lengths of 610 mm and 1000 mm and can be supplied with long-side facet and self-adhesive backing.

General information

• Rounded corners can be supplied with a radius of 2/3/4/5/6/8/10 or 15 mm.

• With a bevel, the edges are machined off at an angle of 45°. The process leaves 1/3 of the sign thickness unmachined.

• Drilled holes with diameters from 1.5 to 11 mm can be inserted.

• Custom plates and strips are manufactured to tolerances according to DIN ISO 2768-m. Dimension limits for lengths and widths:
