HardwearPlus is a material specially developed for rotary engraving, delivering precise and clean engraving results. The ultra-thin, matte, and non-reflective coating enables fine engravings without shadowing and ensures excellent readability.

Product Information:
HardwearPlus is a two-layer engraving material for high contrast lettering, signs and technical identification. Key characteristics include a microthin cap layer for fine text and detailed logos and a matt or low reflection surface. The engraving material is explicitly suitable for outdoor applications. Thanks to the high-quality protective lacquer, all material colors are suitable for outdoor use and offer strong resistance to weathering and UV exposure. HardwearPlus is suitable for signs, nameplates, front panels, and industrial labeling, where durability, resistance, and a high-quality surface are essential.

Application and Processing:
Engraving depth, feed rate and tool selection should be adjusted so that the surface layer is cleanly removed without machining unnecessarily deeply into the substrate. For small lettering and detailed designs, a sharp tool, a flat material surface and consistent machining are particularly important. Before processing larger quantities, we recommend testing the parameters using the actual colour combination and material thickness.
