Cast Acrylic Reverse

Acrylglas Reverse is an acrylic sheet for high quality engraving, cutting and decorative signage. Cast acrylic can be processed precisely and can produce clean contours and attractive visible edges when laser or milling parameters are matched to the material. The product description explicitly identifies this version for outdoor use. For optimum results, we recommend filling the engraved areas afterwards with "System3" acrylic paint to enhance contrast and improve legibility. Acrylglas Reverse is weather resistant and highly suitable for outdoor applications.

Application and Processing:
For rotary engraving, the engraving depth and tool should be selected so that the top layer is cleanly removed without machining unnecessarily deep into the core. For small lettering and logos, a consistent focus position, sharp tools and a flat material surface are essential. For series production, a parameter test using the actual colour combination and material thickness is recommended. The uniform material structure ensures clean engraving results and very good edge quality.
