Prices and payment
All prices stated in the online shop are net prices. Value added tax is charged separately at the statutory rate applicable.
First-time orders from new customers are payable in advance by bank transfer only. We hope you understand. With subsequent orders we offer a choice of payment in advance or invoice on delivery.
The costs of shipping and packing inside Germany and Austria are charged according to Section 2.2 of our General Terms of Business and are set out in the table below.
For shipping to other countries within the EU the rates charged by the courier concerned apply. Our confirmation of order acceptance shows the up-to-date rates for the courier service. If they are not acceptable, you can cancel the order at no charge by e-mail. We are happy to discuss any queries on the phone at any time. We hope you can understand that the e-mail cancellation must be sent immediately on receipt of the order acceptance confirmation in order to prevent misdirected consignments.
Our confirmation of order acceptance shows the invoiced amount for the goods ordered and the cost of shipping/packing.
If paying in advance, please only transfer the full amount invoiced once you have received the confirmation of order acceptance.
In the case of payment in advance, if the invoiced amount is not received in one of Innograv’s specified accounts within 14 days, Innograv is entitled under our General Terms of Business to withdraw from the contract.
The minimum invoice amount is 12,00 € net.
